If you have any issues with your order, please email us info@shopbutterbody.com or send us a message and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours.
Perfume oils can be returned 7 days after delivery only if they are still completely sealed in plastic. If they have been opened, they are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of the product. If you have an issue with your oils, please reach out to us ASAP and we will correct it.
Other unopened products may be returned for any reason up to 14 days of the date you receive the product for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our end.
